FAQs:

Is this a White Oak retreat or will there be other churches participating?
This is a White Oak Retreat for high school students from our Colerain and Ross Campuses and their friends.
Will masks be required?
Masks will be required when we are indoors.
The exception will be during meal times and while sleeping
Masks will be encouraged but not required while outdoors where students can properly social distance themselves

Where and How will we sleep?
We will be in a Quad that sleeps 64-68 people with bunks. Guys and girls will be separated in the sleeping quarters. Students will alternate top bunk and bottom bunk and sleep head to toe to provide distancing while sleeping

Do they have to sleep there?
No we are building in times for pickup Saturday night and dropping off Sunday morning.

What do we need to pack?
Clothes for Saturday and Sunday (they may get dirty)
Swim gear (1 piece, or a shirt)
Bible, Pen, and something to take notes in
Bedding – Pillow, Sleeping bag or twin sheet set

Toiletries

Can they use / bring their phone?
Yes they can use their phones
If phones become an issue we will put them up and return them for appropriate times and use
